An extraordinary opportunity for young people from ‘Western’ Nations to immerse themselves in a short educational program in Bali under the care and tutelage of trained facilitators.

The objective being to offer a living experience of leadership, personal self development

and the fostering of cultural understanding.

One of the most exciting aspects of this program is the opportunity of bringing East and West together on 14 - 21 day programs to suit school and tertiary educational vacations. This curriculum is designed to allow young western students and those out of school, age 17 – 25 years the opportunity to participate in experience how different life and opportunities are in developing countries.

The program we offer is a broad experience of many of the educational programs and projects that we have created over the past four years for the Balinese.  Using a combination of vacation fun activities, personal student one on one interaction and practical application we provide insights into a vastly different and yet highly evolved Balinese culture including creation of lifelong Values and Leadership skills from our unique programs and trainers.

The curriculum offers students an insight into the aspects of Karuna Bali’s Visionary programs - incorporating a rural outdoor teambuilding environment, providing individual confidence building, practical classroom experience teaching Balinese children colloquial English, an educational insight in a UNESCO endorsed education program called LIVING VALUES EDUCATION and making friends with Balinese people to discover first hand how they live and organize their community and cultural values.

As a personal project throughout the progam each student will be encouraged to document their experience using film equipment and the multi media facilities of Karuna Bali  to return home with their own Youtube video presentation.
