For many years when I went inside and listened to the lord's voice, asking, What is my next assignment and what is my purpose", I heard, "You have a purpose to help people create their dreams and serve with grace".  I continued to listen and teach and noticed so much information, so many inspirational tales and techniques I was sharing, mostly lived in my mind and body. Yet my spirit wanted to  liberate that energy. So I got on a very visceral level that putting the information in a book would free me to explore other creative expressions that wanted to flow through me and also assist me to serve in a bigger way. This book is a way for me to breathe out the information that my creator has given me to share.

I love speaking and leading spiritual singing, meditation, guided viusalizations and breathwork and witnessing people "embodying" and expressing their life's purpose and relationship to G-d, in a whole body way, from head to toe.

I feel joy when I see one communicating sacredly, with far greater effectiveness and clarity to their friends and loved ones, or releasing and changing subconscious beliefs that sabotage happiness or recieving inner guidance to what it is they truly desire and achieve outcomes that are aligned with  higher purpose. Thats all part of why I wrote, What's Your Body Telling You? .....and then there's the mystery! In the months ahead, I am sure that I will find out many more reasons why I really wrote this book. As Jayem and I always chant when we are together,'PAPA, show me what you want me to do' ...then anything miraculous can happen from that...Looking forward.

Steve (Shea , my Hebrew birth name which is a derivative of Jeshua, and Shea means, lover of breath of G-d.)
